project management
The management of a project can be key to its success. We provide a full range of architectural services from inception and outline proposals, through detailed design and contract administration, to completion.
Our role will normally include coordination of a design team and laison and negotiation with planning, heritage, statutory and other bodies.
We are also experienced in the management of more complex projects and with special circumstances such as fire and flood damage and demanding site conditions.
