Great Ancoats Street, Manchester (Current Project)

A three storey commercial building situated on the edge of Manchester's Northern Quarter is undergoing a full refurbishment.

Externally the building has been cleaned and existing sash windows repaired and redecorated. Internally, office spaces have been opened up, a new escape staircase formed and new kitchen areas and toilets incorporated. Existing finishes have been retained where possible.

Building services have been upgraded including a new lighting installation throughout.
