The Old Vicarage, Prestbury (Current Project)

A listed former vicarage set in extensive grounds in the heart of the village of Prestbury will be completely refurbished and extended.

Extensions to The Victorian building, will provide new kitchen and garden room dining areas and a substantial new annex will be constructed containing pool, gym, games room, separate living accommodation and garages. The new pool house is designed to sit comfortably alongside the existing building and will feature folding/sliding doors allowing it to be fully opened up to landscaped gardens.

The existing building fabric will be carefully repaired and refurbished including new tile hung facades. Lime tuck pointing will be carried out to new and existing brickwork.
