Pool Extension, Cheshire

Proposals were developed for a substantial extension to an existing property in rural Cheshire to house a swimming pool, gym and games room with changing facilities and storage.

Various options were modelled for new accommodation both attached to and separate from the existing house. The attached options create enclosed gardens and courtyards as well as linking the new facilities directly to the house.
