Private House, Cheshire


Feasibility proposals were developed for this substantial new house on a site overlooking a lake in Cheshire.

The client specifically required a neo-classical design with a well-proportioned frontage to the road; the garden elevation takes advantage of  an exisitng change in level to introduce a basement storey containing pool and leisure facilities. This facade includes bay windows to principal rooms in each wing as well as a central logia to the dining room.
