Originally constructed as a speculative 'shell unit', this end-of-terrace Georgian townhouse had been subject to repeated and inapporpriate fit-out work.

Our clients wanted to refurbish the building and to re-fit the principal spaces in a manner more sympathetic to the Georgian original.

The scheme involved the creation of commercial office accommodation at basement and ground floor levels, a two storey maisonette for the clients' use at first and second floors and a single storey apartment at third floor level.

We designed all of the internal fixtures and fitments from kitchen units to staircases, fireplaces, wall panelling and built-in furniture.
